Our new project
The project www.after-the-shoah.org, is an website which, in the manner of an encyclopedia, provides information on all the DP (displaced persons) camps and communities in Bavaria after 1945. Typing in the name of a city or town in the search box enables the user to retrieve information on whether there was a Jewish camp or community there; if so, an image of the facility, its address, the number of members or inhabitants and the length of its existence are provided.
Unser neues Projekt
www.after-the-shoah.org ist eine Website, die, wie ein Lexikon, Informationen über alle DP-Camps und Communities in Bayern nach 1945 sammelt. Sie können nach Städten oder Gemeinden suchen. Falls eine solche Einrichtung nachweisbar ist, wird Ihnen ein Foto der Einrichtung gezeigt, Sie erhalten die Adresse, Informationen über die Anzahl der Mitglieder sowie die Dauer der Existenz.
